Can I have a fire pit on my property?

You are permitted to have a UL (Underwriter's Laboratories) covered fire pit or grill in your yard. You are not permitted to burn trash or rubbish in it. We just ask that you use caution, keep it at least 15 feet from your home, and ensure you have a garden hose close by.
